見た目の色で5色の食材を取り入れるようにしてみてください。5色は白、赤、茶色か黒、緑、黄色です。5色になっていれば、大体、バランスがとれていると思います。赤にはトマトやさけ、黄色だとパプリカや卵など、食材、栄養素ともにいろいろですが、トータル的には栄養のバランスがとれるということです。
